These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of NavaFit services operated by Tinesh Awai Veera under the NavaFit brand, including https://navafit.sg, the NavaFit Alignment app, forms/waitlists/previews/coaching tools, and future connected services.
By accessing or using NavaFit services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you create an account, provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify unauthorized use. NavaFit may suspend/terminate abusive or risky accounts.

NavaFit provides fitness/wellness/educational content only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
6. AI, Preview, And Informational Features
AI and preview outputs are informational only and may be incomplete or unsuitable for specific situations.
7. User Responsibilities
You must not use NavaFit unlawfully, provide false information, attempt unauthorized access, harm service security, upload malicious code, or misuse AI and integrations.
8. Connected Services And Third Parties
Third-party integrations are optional and subject to third-party terms and privacy practices.
9. Content And Intellectual Property
NavaFit branding, designs, content, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to NavaFit and protected by law.
